I put out a request for a plumber as I wasn't confident in doing it myself as i was changing a toilet with a concealed cistern to a toilet with bidet.. Sam responded almost immediately and came round to have a look and emailed me a quote the same day..It wasn't as straight forward as first thought but Sam was so patient with the job and wouldn't finish till he was satisfied (and me too). Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
