Waited a week for contact to be made but no telephone call, no email - nothing.

Simon was on holiday hence lack of contact before, he phoned me immediately upon his return and quoted me a very fair price. Work yet to be started. Looking at previous ratings, i dont have a shred of doubt that it will be nothing but stunning.
Chimney Building / Repair
I provided convenient times to call but he didn't so I called him. Sounded good on the phone, arranged for him to come and look at the work that needs doing so he could quote. 20 minutes past the arranged date and time he called to say he couldn't make it. Discussed booking in another slot for the following week but he was very reluctant to commit and only willing to arrange a vague time next week to phone me to discuss further. I never received a further call. If you're not interested then just say so.
Porch / Canopy
Underpinning the porch and tying it to the rest of the house. Simon's team were polite, friendly and hardworking. They took time to explain what they were going to do and took photos along the way to show me what they'd done. Definitely would recommend them.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Clean and tidy work, genuine and friendly employees, I would recommend for roofing and re pointing brickwork.
