Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. Addressed a leak we had promptly as well, always punctual, tidy and getting on with the work at hand!

Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. BE WARNED!! 800 good reviews don't always tell the truth. Really disappointing outcome after a positive start. Refused to fix leaking pipe work to a towel rail radiator THEY installed which has caused damage to my sitting room ceiling and the boiler to consistently lose pressure, leaving me without heating. Also refused to give me any receipts or a breakdown of the materials purchased for me that I paid for and didn't bother to complete the bathroom grouting work after I paid in full. Shocking behaviour.
