Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine.
