Initially we were very pleased with Jamie's work, he replied to messages quickly and was able to come and do the job within two days of contacting me. But after his visit we realised the water pressure on our shower had got very bad, and when we tried to contact him about it (multiple times by phone and text over several days), we never heard back from him. So now it looks like we'll have to get someone else to come out and fix the issue.

Jamie contacted me for this job. While he was on his way to do this job and confirming that he will reach in next 1 hr. He suddenly texts to cancel saying find someone else to do it. I won’t be coming in, upon asking the reason - no reply. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. I wouldn’t recommend such untrust worthy person.

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I feel it’s important to clarify what actually happened for transparency. The job was originally agreed at a set scope and price. The booking was then cancelled by you at very short notice because you found a cheaper quote, which left me a full day’s wages down. You later contacted me again on Christmas Eve asking for the work to be done urgently and requesting a discount. During further discussions, the amount of work kept changing while still expecting the same reduced pr

the same reduced price, including additional tasks that were not originally agreed. At that point, it became clear the job requirements and expectations were not aligned, so I made the professional decision not to proceed rather than risk misunderstandings or an unsatisfactory outcome for either party.
