We are a well respected and competent firm that was established in 2011. We cover the whole of the south Lakes and north Lancashire area, mainly specialising in domestic work although we also undertake commercial contracts. We specialise in all areas of plumbing and heating including bathroom installation, hot and cold water supplies, drainage, gas and oil heating and renewable energy systems. We pride ourselves on the high standard of our work and the friendly service we provide, coupled with extremely competitive prices. We will always assess the job beforehand and give a comprehensive quote so there are no nasty surprises. If the job is to be a larger project we will agree a schedule with you so as to cause the minimum of disruption. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Andy sometimes takes a while to respond but he’s obviously busy and his communication is very clear and everything was explained well.

Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
