This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Dave was quickly out to price the job and quickly out to repair. He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Very good service and will recommend Dave and use him again, if we should need a plummer in the future.

Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.
