We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.
