It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs.
