All prices are plus vat and if any parts are needed we will let you know the cost of these. WE DO CHARGE A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR LABOUR, which is quoted over the phone before we dispatch a Plumber also in writing on site before we start the Job, all dianogstic work is chargeable at the same rate. Misleading prices. Quoted £62.50 for half an hour, BUT wasn't clearly explained min. Charge for £150. Won't be using rated people or these plumbers again. Poor customer practice.
