Curtis was very quick to respond when we posted our job on a Sun afternoon. He was courteous and helpful over the phone and made clear arrangements to view and carry out the work next day. He explained the best options for the repair and his rate in a clear concise way. He arrived on time , assessed the best approach and carried the work out quickly ,efficiently and cleanly making sure all fittings worked correctly before leaving. His charge was very reasonable. Great Service
