Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables. Their work was to an excellent standard and every thing they did was communicated and double checked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.
