Started well enough with prompt communication and a willingness to find the most cost effective solution, but fell apart once the actual work needed to be done. Managed to break a spotlight he was fitting and decided that the previously agreed works to fit a new extractor fan were insufficient. Agreed to come back 8 weeks ago to finish and has since refused to return calls or messages leaving us with a hole in the kitchen roof and a brand new extractor fan that's not connected.

Will was great. Understood the problem and look for the root cause. First solution worked but power tripped again later that night. Will came back the next day and after thorough test of all sockets found a new cause. Gave us options for a fix and then fixed it. Top work and stuck to the quoted price.
