We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Gareth from GSD Carpentry was very professional from start to finish. He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

Tony & Ryan removed an old boundary wall and rebuilt the wall with new materials.They both work hard as a team and do a fantastic job.The work was completed in 3 days leaving no mess.I would recommend them 100% and will use them again when I have need for two great workers.

Very pleased with the work done (fitted wardrobe in loft room ). David was always courteous, clean , and very hardworking. Excellent communication start to finish. Always turned up when he said, and always contactable. I was aware of what was going on at all times and made aware of different ways to do things. Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)
