Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.

Superb job, the light now flooding into the garden will make the difference between awful grass and no flowers to warm and lush place to be. The guys were great, lovely chaps and you wouldn’t know they had been here - well apart from now seeing the sky over the back corner of the garden! Stephen was a very nice, friendly man. Very professional too. He cleaned up when he finished and put the old radiator in the bin area for collection. He also rewired a light fitting for me, a wee job he wasn't expecting to do. But was very gracious about it. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Avoid - employed this company to remove joints in patio , re- fix loose slabs, clean and re joint, Parts of the joints missing, patio is now all stained off the jointing compound, and they don’t reply to messages when you complain.
