Reached out on the day of posting the requirement. Negotiated price and work to be undertaken. We discussed materials to be used in the all in price (using plywood which is more expensive than MDF) but better for structural integrity, strength and durability (I have kids that stomp around the house and stairs). Reasonably priced, did as he said. Kept noise to a minimum and brought own tools. Would recommend and will use again.????????

Custom Home improvements gave a very rapid response to our issue with roof. Communication was excellent and Martin worked around our times of availability and came on Saturday morning. Happy with work completed. We are happy to recommend this company.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Very reasonable priced. Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. Overall would use again as doors were fitted well

Turned up when they said they would, did the job efficiently with no fuss, very polite and understanding when I had to rearrange date due to delayed delivery of goods. Took all the rubbish away, finished sooner than I expected and I love it, thank you!

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. His favourite word was “Perfect” and this was reflected in his work.`The job did take longer than expected, through no fault of his own and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I look forward to employing him again in the near future. Excellent tradesman.

Nar went above and beyond and we are totally happy with the work he did. He is very knowledgeable and knows his trade well. Nar also came back when I needed some additional help! Will be contacting Nar for any future work!!
