Last year my company went limited I’ve done over 5 years in college and university I have my level 2 & 3 in carpentry and joinery (city and guilds) and I also have my degree in construction management (Bsc). I’m new to this platform but not new in the trade I have an eye for detail and no corners are cut I aim to do a job as though it was my own. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. These guys were amazing , one of my sash window dropped out , they collected it within a day and delivered and fitted back within two weeks! Fair price considering the size and will be asking them back to refurbish others!

I was given a quote without him having seen the job first. Smacks of extra costs being added later for ‘unanticipated problems’. I didn’t hire him for this reason.
They estimated the job would take 3 days but they completed it in 2. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did a good job, I will definitely use them again.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
