Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. Paul did a fantastic job on sourcing the best value materials and installing them. He was by far the most competetive quote we received and we found him extremely polite, reliable and easy to communicate with. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Paul was prompt in contacting us and built us a radiator cover in a very awkward place; he took great care over the job. He is an excellent carpenter and we have no hesitation in recommending him!

Fixed the problem with the gutter in no time. Reasonable charges and very focussed. Would rehire him for any roof/gutter related issues in future.
