Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Carl and the team undertook a full landscape, fencing and decking project. It wasn't a small task, with hidden tree stumps, heavily overgrown garden and uneven levels. An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
