We have 20 years experience working in the pools and spa industry both in the UK and Australia and 10 years combined roofing and property maintenance. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
