Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Dave was extremely quick in responding to our job and arranging to come round to provide the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to fit our job in very quickly and the work was tidy and of a very high standard. Dave is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. The guy who did the work for me was polite and always on time. The quote we were given was really competitive and good value and we were so pleased with the work carried out that we have arranged for other jobs to be done by them. Would definitely recommend.
