We are very pleased with our garage conversion. It was well designed to give maximum space and a lovely room and shower room. All the work has been done to a very high standard. The finish is good and all the boys who worked in our home were pleasant and thoughtful. I would recommend MTP contracts

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. He made sure that the finish was good and thoroughly cleared up afterwards. He was also courteous and clearly explained what he was doing.

This company turned up on time in order to look at what was required and quote what I thought to be a fair price. Unfortunately after I had agreed for them to have the job. They failed to contact to finalise dates. So I had to find someone else.

George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.

I was slightly disappointed with the colour of the tiles but I guess they were no longer available. There were some odd spots of grout in some other parts of the bathroom but trust a woman to notice that!

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

The quotation was not provided. The contract was not provided until job was complete. No details at start of job to show exactly what was to be done, with no cost of materials, labour and VAT shown separately. No payment arrangements and start/finish dates provided. Plasterer had to redo x1 wall.
