I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Very disappointed with the vinyl flooring job we had done today. The silicone around the edges and sanitaryware was very poorly executed, with excess silicone on both the floor and skirting boards. As the tradesmen had not brought their own cleaning materials they used 4 of our own toilet rolls to clean up and several of our bin bags to remove waste. Waste was then left in our bins when I had paid for disposal. The whole thing has felt unprofessional and I'm sad about my whole experience with Rated People.
