This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

I also got this gentleman to quote for fitting a radiator as well as plumbing in the loo, again his quote was very competitive. This tradesman is polite, trustworthy and reliable. He turns up when he says he will and gets the job done in the time he states it will take in his quote.
