MKY property services contacted me through rated people following my advert for a bathroom trades person. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we would like our bathroom to look like, whilst also making his own suggestions. He was extremely professional throughout our bathroom refurb and was polite and chatty as well as respectful of our property. He goes above and beyond with his attention to detail and keeps you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company.

After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
