Woukd like to recommend woziack to anyone. He’s just done a fantastic job on my full bathroom refit. Did it while I was on holiday so came back to a fantastic new bathroom. Also proved what an honest guy he was been in my home alone. Bern a tradesman myself I could have been highly critical but couldn’t find one fault. Excellent finish. Thanks

I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Can't thank them enough it took 8 months but we have our amazing home back

MKY property services contacted me through rated people following my advert for a bathroom trades person. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we would like our bathroom to look like, whilst also making his own suggestions. He was extremely professional throughout our bathroom refurb and was polite and chatty as well as respectful of our property. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
