It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.

You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. other end, this is to be removed and straightened up. Bricks above the new external lintel appear to have become loose and stuck back in with expanding foam. Workmanship regarding the window and lintel installation on site is extremely poor. Please book another inspection once the issues above have been resolved.
