Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Ray is a really thorough tradesman. He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. His workmanship is excellent and he tidies up everything and left everything clean and tidy.
