Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

These guys are very experienced and quick to do the work, as it was a large team of 4 and James. Quote was more than the others - but they gave me confidence that they were able to do a good job.

Excellent all round! Honest, reliable and professional from start to finish. Ridges also need rebedding but Adrian advised we can leave until the summer. Will not hesitate to use their services again. Competitively priced.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

First class job of our fencing and building of our chicken enclosure. David was reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He also didn't charge the earth but gave a very fair price in my opinion. We would definitely use his services again.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Highly recommend- Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. They realistically help to make plans come to life working through decisions needed at each stage. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! Absolutely brilliant! Polite, well presented and utterly professional. Arrived when they said they would, their work was very clean and tidy ( my wife expected to have a load of cleaning to do when she got back from work!!) and the price is very reasonable. Seriously can't recommend them high enough.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups!
