Quickly quoted, arrived on time, honest and polite, leaving the house clean and tidy. Excellent quality work, only charged for what needed doing, and highlighted things that I had missed. Rate highly and would use them again, for any job, no matter how big or small.

There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more. Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.
