I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Adam responded really quickly to my posting, although I didn't go ahead with the original job I posted I did ask him to carry out another job. He did a great job redecorating a studio apartment with some repairs to the ceiling from an old leak. The place looked as good as new by the time he finished! He worked with such care and left the place spotless. I will hire him again for future jobs and recommend him to anyone.

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. Gaby is great and I strongly recommend him. I found him to be extremely reliable, exceptionally capable, a very tidy and clean workman, honest, fair and very reasonable in his costings. I also think that he can turn his hand to a lot of different jobs. Gaby installed complicated stair handrails on three floors and did a terrific job. I have already asked Gaby to do another exterior decorating job for me and would always ask Gaby to do all sorts of decorating, carpentry and building works .
