He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. After 2 years the porch is sinking due to insufficient foundations. Builder Steve now refuses to contact me as he has moved to Spain. Unlikely. Buyers beware Steve will give you a good price but I would not use him again for any work requiring more than cosmetic.
