As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

All work is carried out to my high standards and to your satisfaction. I have enough knowledge and experience that will ultimately lead to positive feed back from all new customers. Some of my most recent work has been complete bathroom referbishments, flatpack kitchens, full room plastering, media walls (including electrics) facials and gutters, laminate and lvt flooring and hanging tvs on wall brakets. My friend told me about this site so thought I see how we do here! we can fit seamless aluminium guttering is one of are specialties not many companies fit this or give you this option! and edpm rubber roof s witch we say is the best and most cost effective !! It also look very tidy when it is complete!!! we do a wide assortment of roofing work including commercial and residential we do all types of work from small repairs to full reroof.
