Joe was a pleasure to deal with. A competitive quote (cf. the other trader that quoted). Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! I initially hired JSK to fix some guttering. However, it soon became apparent that the roof needed extensive work as the existing felt and battens had become rotten. JSK ended up installing new air breathable membrane felt and treated battens. They also provided new guttering, all at an affordable price. They provided a very professional service and I would highly recommend them.
