We have numerous examples of our work in and around the North West which past clients are happy to allow you to see. We are always punctual, polite, clean and tidy and respectful of our clients' property and possessions. This applies to both the internal and external space. The majority of our assignments involve working around our clients' individual needs, which include continuity of general household services such as water, gas and electricity in key areas ie kitchens and bathrooms, as the build progresses. The team was fantastic. Ended up digging up the old patio, putting down a new base, and relaying the stone slabs. Also completed a large deck, sleeper planters and new path. Very pleased with the finished job and great price. Would highly recommend.

I found the biggest problem when arranging for work was only about a quarter of tradesmen who I contacted actually wanted to come and look at the job. Then they would give you a quote off the top of their heads with hardly any details. The exception was Metro who gave a full quote detailing exactly what the quote included. Once deal agreed they turned up every day at 8am and carried out the work to a high standard. There were some issues but they were soon resolved without argument. Recommended.

A gentleman came out to check the door frame and i went with a different company. I offered to pay any expenses incurred and he is charging me £200 for his time and visit. Rather expensive just to get a quotation . I would suggest that you do not ask this company to even quote for you

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.
