More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

They offered advice throughout the process and never gave any hard sale but explained the options and what it would mean and cost for any changes to what we wanted. Jason was able to do the work within the required timescale and he kept me informed of what needed doing, with 'before' and 'after' photos. These were needed for warranty purposes. His quote was competitive. Some parts of the work required clever solutions to resolve, also saving time but not quality. I am very pleased with the outcome.
peter was not able to finish the repair as parts were unobtainable but he was very helpful in searching for it, He was punctual and tidy. I will be offereing him otherb work when I have the parts needed. He is very polite well mannered. i am only sorry I do not need assistance more often

The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. Clean, efficient and helpful. Did what he said and to the quote even though it took a few more days. Would certainly use him again and recommend jeff to anyone who needs a good builder.
