George is a very reliable and responsible tradesman. On a short notice George was able to take on the job that our previous tradesman failed to finish due to very poor standard and work ethic. George was understanding of our situation and in a very professional manner finished the job. Not only was he able to finish on the time but he also made suggestions to our plumbing solutions which turned out to be better than what our previous tradesman had suggested. Very reasonable price and I would recommend him.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon
