We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. May I take this opportunity to Thank Weddinton builders I was more than satisfied with their work and the service they have provided to me. Why? They are customer focused and have great pride in their work considerate trust worthy with a full understanding of job requirements to the customer's needs. Pleasant excellent work force with a full complement of workers all quality tradesmen including (electricians carpenters, plasters, plumbers etc) Yes, I took references before my extension started, all of which said similar things, which is a bonus and reassurning when working within a budget . All work undertaken was checked by local Council building surveyors with no problems found. If you require building work done check Weddington's out before making your final decision. Weddington builders are the full package.
