First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

James blamed the supplier/manufacturer for the broken slab and not himself for using poor quality materials. He has since reluctantly replaced more broken slabs 3 times in 5 months.
