We've helped previous customers with fire, flood, storm, accidental damage, impact damage and various other insured events that have caused damage to their property. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray service provided that you authorise us to use our own vetted sub-contractors to complete any repairs or reinstatement works. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Prompt contact made and quickly provided a quote that explained what they intended to do. ( We had trees that needed much reducing ) . Once job was agreed they were on site within days. Chris gave me an affordable quote and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I hired him straight after his quote. On the day of work, he and his team were very punctual, professional and friendly. They cut my conifers to my exact requirements and cleared up after themselves. We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!
