Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Dave carried out our block paving job on our driveway. Extended our existing drive and built a fence to make the border with our neighbours garden. Dave gave us a very competitive quote and was very polite and knowledgeable. The job did take longer than expected to finish but that was down to bad weather. The end result was a job well done looks amazing and we now have plenty of room on our driveway for our cars and caravan. Thanks Dave

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
