I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
