Alex quoted the job first and completed the job within a couple of days. He gave advice on the direction to take and completed the job even dying the colour of the cement to my ridge. Extremely tidy which is a bug bear with me and I would thoroughingly recommend him to anyone.

Contacted very promptly. Very easy to communicate with. This was a communal repair with my neighbour. Unfortunately we did not use this Company as unknown to me my neighbour had already contacted another local roofer she knew. Based on communication and discussion I had with Pat about our job would highly recommend. Thanks again for your time.

Specialists in replacing roofs, slates or tiles. I source and supply all materials saving the customer time and hassle researching the materials. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

We chose Timber Box Sash Windows to double glaze our sash windows after Andrew came out and surveyed, then followed up with a really decent quote. We got the work done in two phases and both times were really hassle free with the joiners turning up on time and getting on with the job. They were a real pleasure whilst they were here. Very polite and friendly. It’s good to have the same person that surveyed the job actually carry out the work as well, makes for a really smooth process.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.
