Martin is a very nice happy man with years of experience in plumbing. We felt easy about him accessing all the rooms in the house and leaving him to his own resources to fix the plumbing problem where we have no heating or hot water for 4 days. He kept up up to date as he worked and provided us with information to bear in mind for the future. Martin was very smart and actually turned up earlier than arranged which is always a plus. I never said no tradesmen had not completed a job what I said I had a few bad experiences with bad trades men over 40 years.Yes level went across the tiles it was only after the grout had dried and I was cleaning the tiles that I notice the tiles that were not level.A lot of people can say they are tradesmen but there’s also a saying a jack of all trades and a master of none
