I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.
