Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

I was initiall confident in my choice of team to have my patio done. Completion was set for 1 week from the start. 4 weeks later Im still chasing for completion after being left with a blocked drain from grout , gaps in my grouting in ththeew patio and my extensi lead they accidentally took to be returned. Multiple chances to fix and complete outstanding tasks over the last 4 weeks. Even today, plan made, and I was told the blocked drain at least would be sorted and yet again let down by John.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! "The man is non-stop!" Taff was fantastic, working solidly through each day and through the week to get the job done by the deadline - no nipping off for other jobs. The job evolved during the week (it turned out the floor also needing refitting due to blown tiles and sub-standard base), but Taff was able to adapt and we ended up with a much better outcome. Good value overall, kept the work area very tidy, and professional throughout. And the quality of the plastering and insulation work was also very good!
