The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.

Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Really highly recommended and if you have this type of work that needs doing then Lee is your man.

Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
