I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. Tomasz is probably tearing his hair out over the lack of right angles and nice straight walls in our old house, but despite that did a really good job putting together some really nice cabinets and shelving - even stopping unbidden to unblock a sink between finishing the job and leaving
