Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Both my wife and I were more than impressed with Roy and the guys from Five Star Decorations. I honestly thought that we were going to be charged more once the work had began due to the nature of our internal walls. But Roy said initial quote stood and there would be no additional cost. The initial quote we were sent was a clear and concise breakdown of the job in hand and really understood our requirements, there were no hidden costs. They made sure our house was habitable after everyday and kept disruption down to a minimum, especially as we have a small baby, which Roy was very mindful about. The end result far exceeded our expectationss and I would not have any problem employing Five Star Decorations again.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
