What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Mark was very professional. He did an excellent job in repointing the rear of our Victorian terrace. He was thorough in preparing the job and in clearing and cleaning-up after each day and we're very pleased with the results.

Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. Job was demolition and removal of brick walls and shed debris. Two 8 tonne skips worth of brick and wood. Very happy with him, his team and his work.

Tony got in touch to price the job very quickly and I was happy with the quote. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. The work was completed to a really nigh standard and I have asked for info on potential bigger job as I was very happy overall. Would definitely recommend

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
